This takes into account the practical aspects of delivering a programme to a team who are already occupied delivering to clients in a highly pressurised and busy environment.
The design considers the diversity of the teams in respect not only of their seniority and responsibility, but also differing cultures and experiences.
We also take into account the differing learning styles and the ability for colleagues to manage the training within their daily schedules. This will utilise face to face training, virtual training, guided self-learning and masterclasses delivered remotely.
Incorporated within the programme will be modules that also provide industry accredited certification to help with career development.
