We undertake a review of performance against expectation to determine the training needs. Using your current metrics, we establish a base line that allows us to measure progress. These include (but are not limited to) staff and customer retention rates, net promoter scores, engagement survey results and KPI’s (key performance indicators) using data from both internal and external sources.
